Selecting the wrong business  entity can have enormous tax, liability, and estate planning  consequences.<br><br>To make startup owners aware of different entity  types in India, their advantages, and disadvantages, SACC India  organized an online seminar in collaboration with The Department of  Higher Education, Haryana. The Speaker of the webinar CA Siddharth  Mittal and CA Sahil Bansal shared many invaluable insights on how new  startup owners shall select the right entity type to avoid pain later on  and reap maximum benefits. <br><br>All the participants took home some  amazing lessons!
