The Department of Higher Education, Haryana in association with SACC India conducted an Awareness Outreach session at Government College for Women, Karnal along with our team from the MSME department.
Organized on February 26, 2021, the session involved around 110 students who were introduced to the concept of Startup Incubator and Incubation process, along with detailed insights on #Entrepreneurship Development.
During the session, our experts, Mr. DK Tyagi & Ms. Meenu from MSME Department guided the students about schemes of MSME and funding options from the central government. Besides this, Mr. NK Sikka (Retired Banker) guided students about various facilities and funding schemes available from banks while Mr. Abhinav from DIC guided the students about various financial rebates and subsidies available from the state government.
Overall, the session was a huge success with its purpose as it managed to answer the queries of the students while sticking to its original purpose i.e. making students understand how to recognize their talent and how to convert their skills into the revenue-generating model.
