Startup Incubator COE, Karnal is located in the premises of Pt. Chiranji Lal Sharma Government College, Karnal. The facility was started in September 2019. It’s associated colleges arePt CLS Government College, Sector 14, Karnal, Government College for Women Railway Road, Karnal, SUS Government College MatakMajri, Indri and Government College, Gharaunda.

In association with Department of Higher Education, Government of Haryana, Startup Incubator is encouraging youth of Haryana to take a step towards Entrepreneurship and to become Job Providers rather than job Seekers. In this direction startup incubator COE, Karnal has 30 registered startup teams which are working & generating revenue and 10 incubated startup teams which are working in different phases of their respective projects.
